Information Security Policy

• Basic policy

Computec Engineering Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we”) considers information security activities to be an important responsibility of our company. We believe that it is most important to be conscious and act in accordance with the rules regarding information security.

Based on these ideas, we hereby establish the “Information Security Policy”, build, and introduce an information security management system (hereinafter referred to as “ISMS”) and strive to ensure information security.

• Scope

This basic policy applies to all employees, including officers.

• Building and maintaining information security

We will build ISMS that conforms to ISO 27001, maintain the ISMS by practicing the PDCA cycle, and implement continuous improvements.

• Addressing information security objectives

We will set goals for information security in each department, work to achieve them and improve the level.

• Management of information assets

We will conduct a risk assessment of the information assets we possess from the perspectives of confidentiality, integrity, and availability, clarify security risks, and take appropriate measures.

• Information security education

We will develop the information security organizational structure necessary to establish and maintain the ISMS. In addition, we will conduct appropriate information security education for employees to ensure the operation of ISMS and raise awareness of information security.

• Ensuring business continuity

We will manage business continuity management to deal with the interruption of business activities due to serious failures of information systems or the effects of disasters, etc., and to ensure the resumption of business activities.

• Compliance with laws, regulations, contractual matters, etc.

We will understand and comply with laws, regulations, and contractual matters that apply to business promotion.
